Which reward would you prefer for the monthly "Top Posters Contest"?

So I pose the question:

Which reward would you prefer for the monthly "Top Posters Contest"?

Cast your vote in the poll above. We could either continue to award cash to the Top Posting member each month, or we could do a freeroll to include the months Top 10 Posters.

Please also feel free to share any additional opinions, arguments, pros & cons, or maybe even other ideas & options by replying to this topic!

I actually expected this to be pretty one-sided; didn't expect to see such a close race in the polls.

We need a freeroll for the top 10 posters that way 10 members have a chance at the cash. Maybe give the winner a little trophy next to their names til the next tourney at which time it would move next to the next winner. Then at the end of the year let the 12 monthly tourney winners battle it out for the yearly supremacy.

Okay.... I just thought I'd go on record..... I voted to have the freeroll. Just thought it'd be kinda cool to have a freeroll instead of just one prize for the top poster. Only my thoughts... and at the time of this reply... I think I'm in the lead. Anyone else want to expose themselves.... as it were... lol!

plus it will give incentive to ten versus just a few...but that just mu 2 cents...me i just like posting stuff the 5 bucks gave me a boost.

i was the 2nd one to vote and voted for the freeroll and if not for all the good people on the forum wouldnt post at all but honestly just like to play freerolls and not interested in competing as a blogger not my thing . there exposed enough

I think giving cash would be like giving someone a voucher for their birthday. They will take the voucher and buy something that they need, rather than something that they want, whereas if you give them something carefully selected that you know they would enjoy then it becomes special and valued. And I think that us donkhards all have one thing in common..........we looooooooooove freerolls especially exclusive ones!

i like the idea of a freeroll for top posters better than the cash. i think it would be a better incentive than just paying the top poster. and it would give more people a chance at a shot for money. without the need for the bloggers to stop posting useless post that are meaningless half the time..................... just my opinion
