I love watching WSOP videos. watching others can really improve your own game when you learn from them, and it's very entertaining.

Personally, I think watching Poker After Dark is alot more educational than the WSOP, although the WSOP episodes are very amusing.

The PAD episodes are more focused on play than big hands and crazy plays. On this show, you'll see 6 players battling it out against eachother. You get to see throughout the week how they react to increasing blinds and dwindling opponents. There is ALOT of folding in this show, which is a far more realistic view of what poker really is, rather than only seeing AK crash into KK with a K on the flop, and stuff like that.

Daniel Negranu is an amaeing reader of players and their cards ..... tho I wonder if hes able to do the same online when you can't see the opponents ...and deffinatly watch Poker after Dark if you want to watch and learn good Poker hand by hand compared to highlights from the WSOP or WPT tournys.

Negreneau is probably one of my favorite players to watch. the guy is just amazing when it comes to reads.

yeah he,s in my opinion one of the best at reading a hand,there arent too many better...another person well known for his ability to read hands and play amazing poker and rummy was stu unger,gone but not forgotten.

I think Negreanu's absolutely uncanny the way he can put you on a hand. I gotta agree about Poker
After Dark... It is much more geared toward aspects of play and much more informative than WSOP on TV. Not saying I don't watch WSOP on tv.. I do.. but I like PAD much better. (Especially with Annie Duke on it...lol)

Poker After Dark is an awesome way to get to know some of the Pros better and see their styles in a different format. Pros against Pros.
