I would have to go with Eli Elezra, he calls crazy hands nobody would call with and at times plays the donk and pops up with very nice hands. He's especially vicious in the cash games.

I personally like howard lederer cause he is so solid. Also he is a really nice guy who likes to gamble

My all time favorite because of how he studied the game and takes the quite approach (one reason you dont see him at all the tv gigs) is Howard Lederer.
and for all time staying power no doubt it has to be Doyle

OK Since I am one of hte only females here and i know that none of u guys is gonna pick a girl... I gotta say that I am always looking on the boards for Jennifer Harman... she is deceptive in that she is CUTE (like fairy cute) but dangerous! She doesn't LOOK like a poker player (what does a poker player look like? I often think Chris Ferguson is what i EXPECT a poker player to look like... LOL although he is really the only one who looks like that.. i suspect that is because i wastched WAY TOO MANY westerns when I was a kid). LOL But all that aside I wouldn't want to sit a table with her.. she would KICK MY ARSE! LOL But I might be also distracted by her cuteness... again... dangerous! She is getting older but hey... she still has GUTS but one thing I must say... she never really looks like she is having fun... but most of the time I have seen her is in WSOP and HIGH stakes cash games... and that is serious stuff.. so I guess I can forgive her for that! LOL At any rate I don't think she gets enough credit.

Next up... hm... I really like Ivey... can't say why but I think it may also be because he is cool and gutsy as hell! Love to watch him get the NUTZ cause you know shit is gonna go down! I would like to play with Phil, not cause I think I could beat him... but cause I wanna see if I could read him... LOL

I agree with the donk. Kid poker is my favorite and who i based my game on. I make good reads and get the money all in with the best hand most of the time. I tend to get sucked out on a good bit but that's poker right. I can't read as good as danny yet but I hope to be there some day.

This would be a very difficult topic for me to pin down one poker pro and say that he or she is my very favorite. There are several who come to mind.

Doyle may be right up there with any on my list, but Daniel Negreanu, Phil Gordan, Chris Ferguson, Phil Ivey(very intense player) are all right up there as well. I also like Dan Harrington's game very much.

For female players... I am just partial to Annie Duke. There are some very good female players and many can hold there own with any and ALL players in the world, but Annie just strikes me as the best in that category.

i usually watch poker after dark everynight before i crash out. and i would have to say daniel negreanu with his abilty to read his opponents, i think the guys amazing. i can t stand phil loudmouth, no matter how many braclets he holds. he is the biggest winer in poker. he makes me cringe at his antics. i would probably ending up slapping him if he talked to me the way he talks to some of his opponents.

one of my favorite players is a online player eric lynch. he is known in the online world as "rizen" and has a monthly write up in bluff magazine. he made a deep run in the main event but lost to jaime gold right before the final table. very nice guy and has some really great articles for anybody who reads the magazine.
