I got this in an email and checked it out. It's advice from Phil Ivey... not a bad pro player to pay attention to I'd say for sure. This is a good read. I like what he says about playing a style that fits you. Check it out!

good advice from a great poker player...kinda follows my own learning technique at the tables " head up 'n eyes open " even when your not in the hand...otherwise listen,read ,absord ,apply 'n practice ...practice ...practice... Cool

Nice simple read.
How can you disagree with Ivey.
When it's time to play it's time to play.
Do what works for you and follow your instincts.
