forced to go pro

Post by peacebrother on Fri May 15, 2009 6:09 pm

I am new but not new. I used to work a lot and not have much time for posting. I would stop by and read when I got notices in my email.
Then one day my job decided it would be better if I was terminated. LOL

So I was forced to go pro/ cash player. I have a several casino's a few miles away. I have been playing 1/2nl 300 max and doing well so far I have put in about 40 hours so far in 2 weeks. Hard to play when tired so I try not to play much more than 6-8 hours at a time, but as long as am not making any bad calls I keep playing.

My goal this month is to win enough to play WSOP 1500.00 tourny, I think it will take about 3-4 k. Should be able to make the goal.

good luck at the tables

Think about your decision thoroughly. Make sure you are financially stable before sitting down at any poker table. Maybe you could try finding a part time job to fund your "poker job". We wouldn't want you to lose all of your money and not have anything left!

Don't forget: If you start losing, STOP PLAYING for the day, you will only get madder and go on tilt, and lose even more!
