at what point does the staff figure out that there is a problem with registration in freerolls?
When only staff play? Its' actions like this that make other poker sites more active.

Some of you guys need to quit biting the hand that feeds you. You didn't lose anything. Maybe TBD got tied up with something more important than an internet forum....

If you are this upset about missing a $50 freeroll, then you obviously need the extra cash for your bankroll. Going off about the forum isn't gonna help you any.

The Big Donk is the only staff. Everyone that is in the tournament are the people that are the opposite of YOU. The people that participate in the forum daily, and have a friendly attitude.

I would also like to offer my sincerest apologies to those who were looking forward to this game and had to miss out on my account. I hope this experience hasn't turned too many people off to donkhard. I assure you that stuff like this only happens very rarely, but on occassion there will be circumstances beyond my control. So far I'm still batting about .990 with the passwords. Ask anyone in the MLB, that's phenomenal!

Since I feel almost everyone here deserves an explanation, here goes:

The Transportation Department is building a new freeway extension near our neighborhood. They've been working nights, presumably to avoid causing undo traffic congestion. Anyhow, 17 minutes before gametime **POOF!** they knocked out the power to the entire neighborhood.

It took them all night to restore the power. While this was great for the wife and I (hee hee recently married couple in the dark), I understand it was a huge letdown for those who were anxiously awaiting this game.

Again I offer my sincerest apologies.

That should be enough right? Just an apology? No way! Demand money!

As a small peace offering to try to make it up to you all, I'm taking $100 out of my own personal bankroll and putting it into a "oops, my bad" freeroll ASAP. I hope you all will accept my apology and enjoy yourselves in the upcoming $100 "apology" freeroll.

Well said TBD. Accidents happen to all of us. Kudos to all the K's and Q's for not breaking the rules and giving out the PW to all the screamers that were screaming for it. It was a great game and looking forward to many many more. Wish I could bat .990 at anything I did. Great job TBD on the forum and thanks for the games and all that you do.

Well... first of all... We are glad you are okay and it was just a power thing. We, the loyal members of this forum, knew it was something you could not control. Second of all.... I like the entertaining side of you TBD! I had to wait a little while before I replied to this after reading your first few lines and then finishing the rest too..LMAO!
