Is Pitbull poker going to close?

I cannot see the site closing but there seems to be some hesitation from Pitbull to provide anything to clear the sites name.

Another case was the Ultimate Bet/Absolute poker scandal and the site has survived and players are still signing up to it. I see this being the case with Pitbull Poker surviving but never getting to be a big player in the online industry even with the $10 free offer after being tarnished.

New players enter poker everyday and they will read the stories but will still try it out to see what the fuss it about.
