pokerstars sucks has this happend to you ?

i got an email telling me that my account has been frozen until i submit my information for security purposes.. they wanted to see my phone bill etc. so i go ahead and do this and its been 3 freaking days and i havent gotten my account restored. pokerstars and fulltilt costumer service sucks.

this has never happend to me but if i was u i would look into this might not be pokerstars them selfs i would send pokerstars an email asking if they asked u for this stuff cause it could be someone trying to screw u man and relly i would not like to see that happen to anyone.
