Doyles Room Empty Doyles Room

Post by decker Fri May 29, 2009 10:28 am

Probably not a scam but inexcusable. I asked for a cash out (by check) at Doyles on April 15th and still have not received it. I got the story that it would take 6-10 weeks to get my check, so I am still waiting patiently, but this is totally ridiculous for a site with a reputable name associated with it. Mad

I am in the same situation at Doyle's myself I withdrew by check on 5/1/09 and am still waiting.About a week later I got an e-mail that the company that does their checks has closed down and they have a new company trying to get caught on the check writing and issuing into the mail. Was also told 8 to 10 weeks. I have given the benefit of the doubt to Doyle's and will wait patiently till my 10 weeks are up. Then and only then will I have a fit and try to take action.

I have had my own experiences with withdrawals from them. I've also heard roughly the same reports from others. From my experience, they tend to take a very long time processing their withdrawals, longer than most others.

But they DO pay!

I make regular withdrawals from them, and while they do take a few weeks to get here, they certainly do show up, and most importantly, they clear the bank and turn into cash!

Ive been playing poker for cash about 2 years now and i'll tell you Certain sites scare the hell out of me for the reasons described above.I started on full tilt because i heard that was the place to go...but ive been playing for a while now and i wanted to give other rooms a shot.Doyal's room and pitbull where the places that i wanted to try..but i bailed on the pitbull possibilty after i spoke to one of thier call agents. It was most likely more ME than it was the agent tho.As quickly as you take my money for a deposit i want it payed out the same way! I dunno...but hearing stories like the one above makes me limited to 1 site.I guess im just afraid of getting beat.

Doyle's is fairly reputable, but I wouldn't stand for this amateur nonsense. If I can deposit immediately, I expect to withdrawal immediately also. This is why I only play at Full Tilt. No hassles.
