Best value tourney for under $5?
What are the best value tournaments online for a buy-in of under $5?
Apart from the Daily Dollar on Full Tilt, which tournaments give you a crack at big money for a low buy-in?
Also which guaranteed tournaments at this level have a relatively low number of entrants, increasing your chances of making the money?

Re: Best value tourney for under $5?
Daily Dollar
The Ferguson
$3 + $0.30 Double Stack Tournament
$2 + $0.25 Double Stack Tournament
$3 + $0.30 Sit 'N Go Knock Out Tournament (90 persons maximum, $0.50 per KO)
As a suggestion you might want to consider using the 'edit' tab on the main lobby to changes the values of the various tournaments you'd like to enter. In terms of bang for your buck, the DD and Ferguson are your best bets at only $1 entries. The double/big stack tournaments give you some room to make a few steals without risking too much of your stack, and the KO tournament gives you a chance to make your buy in back without even finishing ITM.
As for the other value tournaments, there does not seem to be a specific tournament (other than those I mentioned) to pinpoint, rather it will vary on the time of day and how many players enter.
You might already know this stuff, but if not I hope I gave you a little bit of help to get started. Cheers mate.

full tilt also has a daily 10 cent tourney at 5:30pm est everyday with 50 cent rebuys for the first hour. guaranteed pot of $1000.00 plus what rebuys and addons they have. thats about the cheapest tourney i know of with the greatest payout. not a bad tourney for a dime. lol

I knew preaching in this thread would lead to good results. Came in third and now it's time to hit the hay.

On Full Tilt, there are the "Early Double A" and "Early Double B" for $6. I know you asked for $5, but this is close enough :]
I believe that they have jackpots for finishing in the money in both tournaments.

At FTP I think the best tourney under 5 bucks is the 2.25 double stacks tourney that happens like twice a day. It is my favorite and i have placed in it consistently

Re: Best value tourney for under $5?
since your a U.K. player you might want to look into Poker Time they have several guarenteed tournys of (Euros) E1000 and E1500 for buyins at E2.75 ...averages about 400 to 700 players per game and E2000 at E5.50 ...averages about 500 to 800 players ...I'm on there as a USA player 'cause I slipped in when they were still accepting us but its a bit of a bitch to cash out tho because of that.
