Party Poker a good reason to avoid????? Empty Party Poker a good reason to avoid?????

Post by k9ofspades Tue Feb 24, 2009 7:16 am

I got the following letter from Party Poker today.
$.82 is the full value of my account there about 6 months ago they "gave" me $10 to play there. I did not read the fine print and did not realise you had so many days to play and it wasn't a lot if I had known I would have played more you got to keep so much based on accumulated points which happened to be $.78 in my case. One day I had enough for two sessions at their minimum cash tables the next almost nothing.
$2 is their minimum entry into a cash table.
I will agree I wasn't crazy about the site (I had two Royal Flushes in about 2hrs of play there and I hate sites that give too many fantastic hands) but I had gone back and played some freerolls and even won a bit this year that doesn't prevent your account from being labled inactive. My wife had the same thing happen she was charged 6 cents the value of her account, seems a good way to guarantee people will never come back and will bad mouth them to other potential customers in my opinion. Any way here's the letter.

Regards Guy
