Has any one tried this on poker stars. Wow do I ever enjoy it. I think I am more than just lucky I might even be good. Baduci, badugi takes very little getting used to. I have had for me respectable finishes and hope to improve my llearning curve something i haven't done in regular hold'em. it is interesting that other games like Razz and 2-7 are ways I can finish higher. I find tho I seem to sabotage myself like yesterday I was insecond place with only 134? remaining and I shoot myself in the foot just couldn't stay away from the play on iffy or even completely useless hands. just like life experiences I guess

I prefer the turbo if any 1 is at it usually not tho.

And the / of a J low badugi dealt....prb. profitable in the long run.keeping the bets low in case Wink u got a run

I frikkiin' LOVE Badugi!! WOOT! TOO much fun! Maybe it is because there is less to wrry about regarding hands and if you have da nuts you have da nuts and the worse that can happen is that you split the pot (rarely). i have learned one thing... as in regular poker... most of the time CHASING IS BAD! I had some rules and got on the cash tables and was CLEANING UP! Um.. until I stopped following my rules of course then I went on tilt and lost it all... LOL

I have won a couple tourney tickets from the Badugi FRs at PS and like I said tried my hand at the cash tables I only wish they had lower limit cash tables... *sighs* maybe if more folks get interested.. but I doubt it...

Lets start an email campaign to PS to try and get them to host more cash tables and some microstakes tables as well.. heck even some higher limit play money tables would at least be fun...

I really like Badugi. I do play it from time to time on PokerStars in the freeroll qualifiers for the 2k Weekly finals. I just finished in 42nd last night..PL Badugi...(or very early this morning lol) to win a ticket to the 2k(second one this week). It's not unlike a lot of poker games when it comes to betting, using position... etc. If you don't put some pressure on when you have the upper hand... and let them draw on you too cheaply... you'll find it difficult to win pots when they draw out on you... and if you let 'em they will lol! Mad Some players will continue to draw even when you go all in... but hey... you gotta make 'em pay. Razz
