YOGA POKER Empty YOGA POKER

Post by thehogster65 Fri Jan 29, 2010 9:15 pm

First all TYVM Dats for turning me on to Yoga Poker. Definitely a DONKFEST there, probably why I'm fitting in so well. Takes a while to get that bankroll built up thou since only winning .25 or less in the freerolls. Built up like $1 in the $10 freerolls, till tonight in a private freeroll and made final table. I got enough to hit the cash tables now .01/.02 and see if I can build it bigger there; also got enough for the .10 re-buy tourneys now which I usually do well at. I'm HOGSTERJR at Yoga that's me finished in 7th for another $1.50.

Good job in that one Hoggie! DAMN LOL! I forgot about it. I was online playing at Players Only and had my other puter up and running with Yoga logged in and running and didn't even look to see about it ...lol! Forgot it totally! LOL! I guess all the new furniture shopping today took a toll lol! $$$$$$$ that's all I saw today lol! Think I need a big hit to take care of what the wife wants lol! Well.... nice finish hoggie and if your at Yoga sometime and see one of those $10 with Late Reg. Go ahead and wait for the <1 Mins left and register for it. I've made 4 final tables in them from doing just that. Even if you sit there card dead you'll likely make it itm lol. Yoga might be the king of the donkfest, but building a bankroll on there isn't too difficult. I"m almost at the $12 I want to hit the rings to give me 3 $4 max buy ins to the first level of the rings. Good luck to you! See ya at the tables!

Played in the .10 R&A. Registered in the last minute did a quick re-buy with an add-on at first break to start of with 5500 chips. So I spent a total of .35 cents and made the final table. Ended up coming in 8th and winning $2.84 to add to the bankroll.

Good job Hoggie! I was on Player Only and was about to do the same type of thing you did to the 10 cent R & A that was under way after you were knocked out and was looking at your tourney to see what the payouts where and low and behold.. I saw your name in the finished list in 8th. Good job. Yoga is treating you ok. I've kinda slacked off a bit there lately mainly just playing the $50 freeroll.. but I'll be a the point I want to be soon and I'm gonna expand to the micro rings and the small buy ins and see what happens. There is a $1k guaranteed tourney on the cake network(for Yoga too) That's called "The 2100" Looks good.. there is no R&A and the buy in is $2.10. Some times there is a shortfall, making it a good value. That tourney you played in there is one I was looking at too.... tonight I also played the one just like it only the later one and I planned on entering it the same way you did. I waited until the end of the rebuy and entered it for 15 cents and did an add on for 10 cents more. I was at 4500 chips after the add on and hung around and got donked on and missed the money... but I still think it was a good way to approach it.

Took 4th in this $10 freeroll tonight for a measly .85 cents. Talk about a slow way to build a bankroll.

Yeah it is a slow way to build, but their $50 one is a better opp and your hittin those small buy ins well... so.... going in the right direction is always a plus! LOL! Just finished one of those $10 ones myself. I don't play the $10 ones too often anymore, but if I'm playing somewhere.. and I catch on of them in Late Reg. ... I jump in at the last minute when it says Late Reg. < 1 min. to go.... and I make some FT's on em that way pretty regular...in fact I just finished one by doing just that.... with the Late Reg. thing and finished 3rd for $1.06. Not bad for only playing half of one lol!

Played in the .25 cent R&A tonight. Invested .85 and came in 21st and won $1.83. Another donkfest where the big stack(about 3 times my size) got paid off. I've got right at 60,000 to his 180,000 with pocket J's and position. Big blinds at 4000 the big stack and one other player call and I bet 30,000 and everyone folds except the BIG STACK. Flop comes 10,8,3, and he checks, I push all in and of coarse he calls. Hey if I had what he had I would of called. He shows A 10 so I'm in good shape I know that I just have to dodge an Ace or a 10. I check the hand history on the table back through the last 8 hands. A (10) had came out in the last 2 hands and 6 of the last 8 and the Ace been out in the last 4 of the 8 hands. Now I know there are card randomnizer on these sites for the dealing, but I have notice in the last couple years if you can kind of keep up with what cards have come out in last few hands you can somewhat increase your odds at knowing what cards haven't been played in a while and are due to hit the table. So knowing how many times the 10's and the Aces have been out recently I am feeling pretty confident in doubling up. The turn comes and it is a 2 looking good so far. This double up will probably put me at the final table with a nice little cash out. Guess what hits on the river? Another FFFFFFFFFFFFING 10 for the 7th 10 in the last 9 hands now. Now I know that it is just poker, but man some times I really wonder about these man made card randomnizers and just how random are they really. I still think some of them can be manipulated by the sites whenever they want to make sure say a depositing player wins the bigger prizes or say the player who spends a lot of money in rake at tables. Sites kind of paying off their loyal players. Now I'm not accusing any one or a certain site, but I can think of several sites(networks) that I would never deposit on something just doesn't seem kosher. I guess I'm done ranting know so here is a screenshot. PEACE OUT

Another final table(8th place) at Yoga. This time in .10 R&A spent .45 total and won another $2.51. Ever so slowly building that bankroll so I can get into the bigger games.

Another final table(8th again) at Yoga. This time in .10 R&A spent .45 total and won another $2.51. One of these days I'm going to get past 8th place in this game. Ever so slowly building that bankroll still so I can get into the bigger games.
