God will save me.

A guy was floating all alone out in the middle of the ocean. A boat came by and someone on board asked him if he needed help.

"No thanks," he said. "God will save me."

Later another boat came by and again someone asked if he needed help.

And again the man in the water said "No thanks. God will save me."

Then he drowned.

When he got to heaven the first thing the man did was to ask God, "Why didn't you save me."

God replied, "I sent you 2 big boats, you dummy!"

i was swept off a boat in the north atlantic last fall ... can't say i passed up the opportunity to get back on! though ... as i was mostly dreaming by that point, it was the people on the boat who really made that decision for me. maybe it will seem strange ... but i rather enjoyed the experience!
