If you want to read a book that is very humourous and very informative get this. I have never laughed so hard. He is also the author of the million seller "Playing to Win" gaming series.

A sample question:

You are on the button and you pick up a pocket pair of Kings. Three players ahead of you limp in and you raise. Two players call and the flop comes 10-4-A. The first player bets 5x the big blind and the second player calls. You should:

A-Call the bet and look for a reaction.
B-Muck your cards at the player's face and cause a reaction.
C-Re-raise, gently, softly.
D-Push all-in, put your sunglasses on and chew gum.
