Round one of the donkhard tourney

Talk about a textbook full tilt giving it to the man. I was 4th in chips..with 20 people to go...got dealt AT...
AndySk has been raising every 2 hands...triple blinds...
of course...standard raise on the button..I'm in the BB...I smooth call...flop...TT4...he bets...I call
Turn...4....he bets...I raise...he calls
river...K....he bets ...I raise...he reraises....I go all in....
What does he have??

I'd have to guess K Ten.

that was my first guess too ... only other possibilities are pocket k's or 4's, and this post cries out: 'i was ahead the whole way and got rivered' ... so i'll second the k 10.

I was in that tourny ..I came in 9th .. and yeah andy kept getting lucky with the cards or he would over bet the pot . He didn't get too far tho .. he came in like 6th or 7th

The other day ,I had pocket aces so I raised it to 2 times the blinds .. one person called. the flop was 9 5 A so I had three of a kind .. I bet 5k which was a little over half the pot ,the guy calls . the turn is a 6 and I over bet the pot to 10k the guy goes all in .. then the river is a 8 . I show the three aces ,but the guy went allin with with 10 7, so he got a straight . I thought what a donk !!! He got all the good hands the whole game ..

Ouch, pocket kings, that's a tough one.

Well if it makes you feel any better, my last hand, I got AA utg. I was very short stacked and obviously excited that I had aces so I went all in. Called by one player who had AK. Of course, luck has it that he gets the straight and I'm done. As Scotty Nguyen says, "that's poker baby"

Round one was really awesome...especially since I had a "free ride" for about a half hour when I was the only live player at the table! Just had to raise every hand and watch all the automatic folds. The only drama was when the ghost players finally were all in and I actually had to beat their hands. That proved to be frustrating since the luck of the draw went to the ghosts half the time and it took a while to win out. Finally got a live table again with 18,000 chip cushion!

Anybody else skate like this in the tourney?

Exactly, I was knocked out very early on a river suck out !!!!!!!!!!!

KK and AA ...10 times all in loser 4 times all way lose in river
